On The Way Plumbing is awesome! If there's any reason u will not give this company 5 stars ✨️ please call their office they'll take care of the issues. Their customer service is amazing! The plumbers are very experienced and professional. In November of 2024 I had an issue with my sewage system as you can c in the pictures. I called this company, and the next day they came to give me a free estimate and helped me with financing. Then they started the job the nxt day, I now have a brand new sewage system. Pls call this company if u have any problems. You won't regret it!Posted on Google![]()

Great experience with Jerrod and his team. Very professional, friendly and honest. He was able to detect a small leak after we had foundation repair completed and gave us different options that would work best for us. Thank you!Posted on Google![]()

Plumber tried to scare us because he saw us an easy mark since we’re seniors. Didn’t attempt to remove an outside facet from the outside and cut through the Sheetrock inside. When repairing the toilet leak, tried to say we didn’t have vent pipe and suggested we needed to let him remove concrete floor around the toilet. It impressed by his work or ethics.Posted on Google![]()

Drain Cleaning &Unclogging
Let’s be real: clogged drains are the worst. Whether it’s your kitchen sink taking forever to empty or your tub filling up while you shower, it’s enough to drive you nuts. In Farmersville, TX, we deal with these problems every day — and we’ve got the gear to clear out whatever’s blocking the flow. Hair, grease, tree roots — you name it, we’ve seen it. We don’t just do a quick patch job either. We clean the entire line and make sure it’s actually fixed so you’re not calling us again in a week.

General PlumbingRepairs & Maintenance
Little plumbing issues have a funny way of turning into big, expensive problems if you ignore them long enough. That’s why we’re big on regular maintenance and quick, no-fuss repairs. If something’s leaking, rattling, dripping, or just seems off, it’s worth getting checked out. We help homeowners all over Farmersville, TX catch issues early and fix them right. Our team keeps things simple, talks you through your options, and always looks out for your wallet. No pressure — just smart repairs and real peace of mind.

Whole HomeWater Filtration
Tired of hard water ruining your appliances, drying out your skin, or leaving spots all over your dishes? A whole-home water filtration system changes the game. Instead of just filtering water at one tap, we install systems that treat every drop as it enters your house. That means cleaner drinking water, better showers, and longer-lasting plumbing. We’ve helped plenty of families in and around Farmersville, TX upgrade their water quality, and we’re happy to help you too. Once you have it, you’ll wonder why you waited so long.

CommercialPlumbing
If you run a business in Farmersville, TX, plumbing problems aren’t just annoying — they can mess with your bottom line. A clogged sink in a restaurant or a leaking pipe in an office isn’t just an inconvenience; it’s a potential shutdown. We get that. That’s why we handle commercial plumbing fast, clean, and with zero hassle. From scheduled maintenance to emergency calls, our crew gets in, fixes the issue, and keeps your space up and running. No red tape. No unnecessary downtime. Just the work done right.

Hydro JettingServices
Sometimes a snake or a plunger just isn’t gonna cut it. When you’ve got years of gunk, grease, or who-knows-what clogging up your pipes, hydro jetting is the fix. We use high-pressure water to blast everything out of your lines and leave them looking brand new inside. It’s safe, super effective, and way more thorough than a quick unclog. We’ve used it in homes, restaurants, and even older buildings in Farmersville where regular drain cleaning just wasn’t enough. If your pipes need a serious reset, this is the move.

PlumbingInspections
You wouldn’t skip an oil change and then act surprised when your car breaks down, right? Same deal with your plumbing. A regular inspection can spot trouble early — before you’ve got water where it shouldn’t be or a sewer line backing up your yard. We offer full plumbing inspections throughout Farmersville, TX, checking everything from your fixtures to your main lines. Whether you're buying a new house or just haven’t had a pro look at your system in a few years, this is one of the smartest things you can do.
Farmersville Plumbing Questions We Hear Most
How do I detect a gas leak in my house?
Use your senses: natural gas has a rotten-egg or sulfur smell added, and you may hear hissing near a line or appliance or see dead plants near an outdoor line. A gas detector adds protection. If you suspect a leak, don't hunt for it. Leave the house immediately, avoid light switches, phones and flames inside, and call your gas utility or 911 from outside.
Why is my water heater not heating?
On a gas heater, check whether the pilot is out or the burner won't ignite, which can point to a bad thermocouple or gas valve. On an electric heater, check the breaker, then the reset button; failed heating elements or thermostats are common causes. Sediment buildup and a broken dip tube can also make water lukewarm. If basic checks don't fix it, schedule water heater repair.
Can I flush my water heater myself?
Yes, most homeowners can. Turn off the power or set the gas to pilot, shut the cold water supply, attach a hose to the drain valve and run it outside, then open a hot faucet and drain the tank. Briefly reopen the cold supply to stir up sediment and flush until it runs clear. Refill completely before restoring heat. Be careful, since the water can be scalding.
Do I need a permit for plumbing work in Farmersville?
Many plumbing jobs need one. Farmersville's Planning & Development Services (Building, Permitting & Inspections) issues gas and plumbing permits and handles rough and underground plumbing inspections. Requirements vary by job, so check with them before work like water heater replacement, new gas lines or sewer repairs. On The Way Plumbing is Texas licensed and can pull permits on jobs that require them.
Do homes in Farmersville use septic systems or city sewer?
Homes inside Farmersville city limits are on city sewer, and the city's Public Works department inspects sewer cleanouts and does sewer camera inspections. Properties outside city limits may be on septic, so check your records if you're unsure. On city sewer, the line from your house to the city connection is usually yours to maintain, and recurring backups often start there.
