A lot of the calls we get in Rowlett start with the same symptoms. Low water pressure. A toilet that keeps running. A water heater not heating. A drain that keeps backing up. A sewer smell in the house. A leak under the sink. A water stain on the ceiling. A sudden spike that points to a high water bill leak.
Low water pressure
Failing water pressure regulator (PRV), buildup in lines, or a partially closed shutoff valve → We check pressure at multiple fixtures, test the PRV, and inspect the main shutoff.
Toilet keeps running
Worn flapper or fill valve issue → We check tank components and water level settings.
Water heater not heating
Bad thermostat, heating element, burner issue, or aging tank → We check elements, gas supply, expansion tank, and the anode rod.
Drain keeps backing up
Clogged drain or possible main line issue → We check the P-trap, branch lines, and the sewer cleanout.
Sewer smell in house
Dry P-trap, cracked vent, or main line problem → We check traps, venting, and run a camera if needed.
