Ian & Michelle NixGreat experience with Jerrod and his team. Very professional, friendly and honest. He was able to detect a small leak after we had foundation repair completed and gave us different options that would work best for us. Thank you!Posted on Google

Plumber tried to scare us because he saw us an easy mark since we’re seniors. Didn’t attempt to remove an outside facet from the outside and cut through the Sheetrock inside. When repairing the toilet leak, tried to say we didn’t have vent pipe and suggested we needed to let him remove concrete floor around the toilet. It impressed by his work or ethics.Posted on Google

General PlumbingRepairs & Maintenance
Little leaks turn into big problems fast. That tiny drip under your sink? Could be a cracked pipe waiting to burst. Weird water pressure in the shower? Might be buildup or a blockage that’s only getting worse. That’s where regular repairs and tune-ups come in. We do it all — tighten things up, replace worn-out parts, and catch problems before they wreck your weekend. In Josephine, we’ve helped homeowners stay ahead of breakdowns with solid, no-nonsense repairs that don’t need to be redone every few months. If your plumbing just feels “off,” let’s check it out and get it dialed back in.
Whole HomeWater Filtration
Hard water’s no joke — it messes with your skin, ruins your appliances, and can even make your tap water taste a little... off. If you’re over it, we’ve got you. We install whole-home water filtration systems in Josephine and nearby towns that handle all of that — pulling out the minerals, chemicals, and other junk before it even hits your faucet. That means cleaner dishes, smoother skin, and water that doesn’t leave gross spots everywhere. Plus, your pipes and water heater will last way longer. It’s one of those upgrades that just makes life easier every day without you even thinking about it.
CommercialPlumbing
Running a business is already a full-time job — dealing with plumbing problems on top of that? Nope. We help local businesses in Josephine stay ahead of breakdowns with fast, efficient commercial plumbing services. Whether you’ve got a bathroom that needs repairs, a water heater acting up, or a kitchen setup that needs reworking, we’ve got the tools and experience to get it sorted. We work fast, clean, and out of the way, so your staff and customers aren’t interrupted. You stay focused on your business — we’ll handle the plumbing.
Hydro JettingServices
Clogs can be sneaky. You might think everything’s fine, and then one day your pipes just stop draining. That’s usually a sign that stuff’s been building up in there for way too long. Hydro jetting clears it out. We use super high-pressure water to blast away everything from old grease to tree roots — all without damaging your pipes. It’s way more thorough than snaking and helps prevent the same problems from coming back. If your plumbing has been slow, stinky, or unpredictable, this is the deep clean it probably needs.
PlumbingInspections
Think of plumbing inspections like a check-up for your house. Most people don’t do them until something’s already broken — but by then, it’s usually more expensive. We do full inspections all across Josephine to catch the stuff you can’t see, like small leaks behind walls or early signs of pipe corrosion. Perfect if you’re buying a home, remodeling, or just haven’t had anyone look at your plumbing in a while. We give you the full breakdown in simple terms — no pressure, just facts, and recommendations that make sense.
Josephine, TX Plumbing FAQs
What is trenchless plumbing?
Trenchless plumbing repairs or replaces underground pipes without digging a long trench. Common methods include pipe lining, where a resin-coated liner cures inside the old pipe, and pipe bursting, where a new pipe is pulled through as the old one is broken apart. Work happens through small access holes, so lawns, driveways and landscaping are mostly spared. Not every pipe qualifies, so a camera inspection comes first.
What are the signs your septic tank is failing?
Watch for slow drains throughout the house, gurgling pipes, sewage odors indoors or in the yard, toilets backing up, and soggy ground or unusually green grass over the drain field. On aerobic systems, an alarm going off is a warning too. Standing water or sewage surfacing in the yard needs attention quickly. Regular pumping and inspections help catch problems before the system fails.
Can a slab leak cause foundation problems?
Yes. Water leaking under a slab can soften or wash out the soil supporting the foundation, or in clay soils cause it to swell. Either way, the foundation can shift, leading to cracks in floors and walls, sticking doors and uneven floors. Catching a slab leak early limits the damage. On The Way Plumbing provides leak detection and repair to find and fix the source.
Where does Josephine get its water?
The City of Josephine buys treated surface water as a customer city of the North Texas Municipal Water District. Josephine is mainly in Collin County with a small part in Hunt County, and it has grown quickly since 2010. Some rural properties in the wider area may use wells, so check your bill or property records if unsure.
Do you serve Nevada and other towns near Josephine?
